Jasu Hu
Jasu Hu is a Chinese born, New York based illustrator. She studied visual communication design and illustration at Tsinghua University and Maryland Institute College of Art. After graduation she has worded as a freelance illustrator, taking her particular perspective into elegant, emotional and conceptual illustrations. Dedicating herself to print and digital media, Jasu believes illustration is the strongest solution to solve visual problems. Jasu is the New Talent Winner of AOI 2014 Illustration Awards. Her works has been features in Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, Association of Illustrators (UK), 3×3 Magazine, Communication Arts, Spectrum Fantastic Art and Creative Quarterly, among others.
Clients include The New York Times, PLANSPONSOR, Chief Investment Officer, Nautilus, Scientific American, O The Oprah Magazine, Johns Hopkins Health Review, Tinybop, Quartz, etc.
