anna Resmini Biography
Anna Resmini was born in Italy. With a degree in History of Art, specializing in aesthetic philosophy, she went on to cultivate her passion for illustration at New York’s School of Visual Arts. Since 2013 she has created illustrations for La Lettura – Corriere della Sera. She works with Italian and international publishing houses creating book covers, illustration for children’s books, animations, creative projects and art installations. She loves experimenting with new techniques and putting herself through new challenges. Her aesthetic is based on the dialogue between digital and analog, synthetic and material. Some of her most important clients include: Corriere della Sera, Il Saggiatore, Einaudi Ragazzi, Mondadori, Topipittori Publishing, Molino Pasini, Triennale Teatro dell’Arte, Cushman & Wakefield, MM SpA, NET Engenieering, Corneliani, Alkanoids. Her work has been recognized by: Bologna Children’s Book Fair, Three x Three International Illustration Awards, Annual – Autori d’immagini. In the last few years she has started experimenting with pottery and has fallen in love with it. She currently creates pieces in her spare time and on commission and she is constantly researching new creative terrains to explore.
